Join Aisling Reina for a zine-making workshop for the trans community exploring disability and climate action.

In this workshop, you’ll join a group of other disabled trans people to use art to think through barriers we’re facing in climate action. Are you experiencing burnout? Difficulty dealing with other organisers, activists, artists or institutions? Maybe you’re paralysed by climate anxiety. Whatever you’re feeling, let’s use zine-making to tackle it! Will we solve the climate crisis? No, but hopefully we’ll recharge and re-energise ourselves.

Aisling Reina is an artist and community organiser with the Small Trans Library. They have facilitated workshops for trans disabled people as part of Rest Rooms in Dublin Fringe Festival and created performance art on the intersection of disability, sexual violence and the Irish state for Chronic Collective in Pallas Studio. They have an MA in Gender and Sexuality from SOAS, London, where their research focused on Queer Disabled Approaches to (Healing From) Sexual Violence.
